The balance condition is the one to plan around. Free credit is for an empty wallet: if you still hold RM2 from last night, the claim will not go through until that is below RM0.10. So the practical habit is to claim first and deposit after, not the other way round.

A 100% match is the largest percentage on the list, and the x10 multiplier is the price of it. Turning RM20 into RM200 on slots is a real session, not a formality. Each reload runs at x5 on all event games, and the Max Payment equals the reload itself. So the Plus tier asks you to reach RM500 in balance to withdraw RM100.
