Two numbers shape everything you do in the Manu888 e-wallet. The minimum deposit is RM1.00 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.00. The gap matters: you can top up with almost nothing to try a game, but you need a real balance before the cashier will send money back out.
Your wallet is the account box on the home screen, and it holds one balance. From there you have Deposit, Withdraw and Refresh, so the top-up, the cash-out and the balance check all sit in the same panel. Everything below is the practical detail around those three buttons: which methods we show, how a deposit runs step by step, and what has to be true before a withdrawal goes through.
The cashier displays several families of payment marks: e-wallets, local banking rails, crypto and cards. The method you pick decides nothing about your bonus choice, with one exception: reload PIN deposits have their own dedicated promotion.
| Method | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Touch ‘n Go eWallet | E-wallet | Paid from your app balance |
| Boost | E-wallet | Paid from your app balance |
| GrabPay | E-wallet | Paid from your app balance |
| DuitNow | Bank transfer rail | Malaysia’s national account-to-account transfer service |
| FPX | Online banking | Malaysia’s online banking payment rail |
| CDM / ATM | Cash machine top-up | Cash deposit machine or ATM transfer |
| i1Bayar | Payment gateway | Shown among the cashier’s payment marks |
| Visa, Mastercard | Card | Card marks shown in the cashier |
| Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum | Crypto | Follow the on-screen instructions for the coin you choose |
| Telco reload PIN | Prepaid code | Carries 10% Unlimited Telco Bonus, min RM10, x3 target, cash-out capped at 80% |
| Touch ‘n Go PIN | Prepaid code | Carries 10% Unlimited Touch ‘n Go PIN Bonus, min RM10, x3 target, cash-out capped at 90% |
The two PIN rows deserve a closer look, because they are the only methods that come with their own bonus attached. Take a RM20 telco reload deposit: the 10% adds RM2, so your target balance becomes RM22 x 3 = RM66, and the cash-out cap of 80% releases RM52.80. The Touch ‘n Go PIN version runs the same arithmetic with a 90% cap, which releases RM59.40 instead. Same maths, slightly better ceiling.
Good to know
A telco or Touch ‘n Go reload PIN is a prepaid code, so the money leaves your pocket at the shop or in the app before it ever reaches us. Treat the code like cash and enter it only in the Manu888 deposit screen.

The flow is short, but the order matters in one place. If you are working through the Daily Check-in ladder, press Check-In before you deposit, because the reward attaches to a qualifying deposit made after the check-in, not before it.
That fifth step is where plans go wrong. A RM1 deposit is accepted by the cashier, but it will not qualify for a welcome offer that asks for RM30, and it will not unlock a check-in reward that asks for RM50 that day. Check the promotion’s minimum before you choose the amount, not after.
One deposit carries one promotion. So if you are deciding between a 50% welcome, a Deposit Promo Mantap match and the 12% All Day bonus, compare the target balance and the cash-out cap for each one on our free credit and bonus terms before you confirm, because you cannot switch afterwards. There is also no obligation to take a bonus at all.
Minimum deposit RM1.00, minimum withdrawal RM50.00, and one bonus per deposit.
Press Withdraw in the account box, enter an amount of at least RM50.00, and the money goes to your own bank account. That last part is the rule that matters most, and it is set at sign-up rather than at the cashier.
Before you continue
The name on your bank account must match your registered full name, or the withdrawal cannot be processed.
This is why we ask for your full name on the registration form rather than a nickname. If the two do not match, the cash-out stops, so getting it right at the start is the only safe route. If you have not signed up yet, use the name on your bank account when you register and the problem never arises.
Changing bank details later is possible, but on narrow conditions: your wallet credit must be empty, and the change has to happen before a deposit. In practice that means doing it at the end of a session, not in the middle of one.
The third thing that holds a withdrawal is an unfinished bonus. If you claimed a promotion on your deposit, your balance has to reach that promotion’s target before anything is released, and the promotion’s Max Payment then decides how much of it you keep. Two of our deposit bonuses, the 12% All Day and the 35% BNG Daily, also deduct the bonus amount when you withdraw.
We do not publish withdrawal fees, processing times or a maximum amount. What applies to your account shows in the cashier when you submit the request, and Live Chat in the bottom bar can check a pending one for you.
| Detail | Manu888 |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | RM1.00 |
| Minimum withdrawal | RM50.00 |
| Withdrawal account | Your own name, matching your registration |
| Bank account change | Only with an empty wallet, before a deposit |
| Accounts per person | One user, one ID |
| Telco PIN bonus cash-out cap | 80% of the target balance |
| Touch ‘n Go PIN bonus cash-out cap | 90% of the target balance |
The one account rule sits next to the name rule. Withdrawals are matched to a registered name, the platform allows one account per person, and opening a second one puts the rewards on both at risk of forfeiture. One person, one ID, one bank name.

A little background helps if you are choosing between methods for the first time. These are general descriptions of the payment types, not Manu888 rules.
An e-wallet payment, whether that is Touch ‘n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, draws on the balance already loaded in that app. So if the app balance is short, the payment fails at the wallet’s own screen rather than at ours, and topping the wallet up first avoids a confusing failed attempt.
DuitNow and FPX work differently. Both are shared Malaysian rails rather than wallets: FPX authorises the payment through your own internet banking login, and DuitNow moves funds between bank accounts on the national transfer network. The money comes straight from your bank balance, which is why there is nothing to preload.
A reload PIN is a prepaid code you buy at a shop or in an app. The value sits in the code until it is entered, which makes it useful if you would rather not connect a bank account at all, and is a reason to guard it until you use it.
Crypto behaves least like the rest. As a rule, a Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum transfer is only final once the network has confirmed it, and the coin and the network you send on both have to match the deposit instructions exactly. Read the screen carefully, send the amount you intend, and wait for the balance to update rather than resending.
If the cashier is where you spend most of your time, the rest of what we offer sits one tap away in the lobby: you can see the full range of game categories and decide where the balance goes next.
